Als Project Engineer neem je de lead over technische investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen industriële productieomgevingen in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, de Kempen of Antwerpen.

De functie combineert technische diepgang, projectmatige verantwoordelijkheid en nauwe samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners. Van concept en budgettering tot implementatie en indienstname: elk project draagt bij aan betrouwbaardere installaties, efficiëntere processen en een sterker operationeel resultaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Projectvoorbereiding en technische uitwerking

  • Uitwerken van projectvoorstellen gericht op optimalisatie, rentabilisering en verbetering van productie- en exploitatieprocessen.
  • Vertalen van technische concepten naar concrete plannen, budgetten, lastenboeken en haalbare projectaanpakken.
  • Analyseren en evalueren van offertes, selecteren van leveranciers en afstemmen met interne stakeholders.
  • Onderbouwen en verdedigen van projectvoorstellen bij directie en betrokken afdelingen.
  • Actief meewerken aan de beoordeling en goedkeuring van technische plannen en uitvoeringsdossiers.

Projectopvolging en implementatie

  • Coördineren van projecten van goedkeuring tot oplevering, inclusief planning, uitvoering, testen en installatie.
  • Aansturen van projectteams, interne afdelingen en externe partners doorheen de verschillende projectfasen.
  • Bewaken van investeringsbudgetten, kostenopvolging en rapportering aan de betrokken leidinggevende.
  • Opvolgen van de implementatie, oplevering en effectieve indienstname van installaties.
  • Delen van technische kennis met collega's en zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar de operationele teams.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur richting energie, werktuigkunde of een gelijkaardige technische specialisatie.
  • Je kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productie- of engineeringomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken, budgetopvolging en het gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere technische projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en schakelt gemakkelijk met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je houdt overzicht, denkt strategisch mee en weet abstracte ideeën te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt hands-on, helder en transparant, met voldoende maturiteit om teams en externe partners mee te krijgen.
