Jobomschrijving

Over de vacature

Voor onze toonaangevende klant in de regio Beerse zoeken we een project engineer.

Je realiseert investerings- en verbeterprojecten op de site, van concept tot oplevering. Die projecten raken meerdere disciplines tegelijk: mechanica, elektriciteit, piping en bouwkunde. Je vertaalt een projectaanvraag naar een technische oplossing, stelt raming, planning en budget op en stuurt leveranciers en contractoren aan tijdens de uitvoering. Na de testen en de indienststelling draag je de installatie over aan productie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyse van projectaanvragen en vertaling naar een technische oplossing met een afgebakende scope
  • Opmaak van ramingen, planningen en budgetten, en opvolging ervan doorheen het project
  • Coördinatie van multidisciplinaire projecten van concept tot oplevering, volgens de project- en MOC-procedures van de site
  • Opmaak van technische specificaties en offerteaanvragen, en beoordeling van ontvangen offertes
  • Aansturing van leveranciers en contractoren, en afstemming met interne stakeholders
  • Leiden van projectmeetings en rapportering over voortgang, risico’s, kosten en afwijkingen
  • Opvolging van de uitvoering tijdens constructie en installatie, inclusief technische vragen op de werf
  • Organisatie van testen, indienststelling en technische validatie, en overdracht aan de operationele afdelingen
  • Bewaking van veiligheid, kwaliteit en wettelijke vereisten binnen je projecten
  • Bijdrage aan betere projectprocessen, werkwijzen en technische standaarden

Jouw profiel

  • Master industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring in een engineering- of projectomgeving
  • Brede technische kennis over mechanica, elektriciteit, piping en bouwkunde heen
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische documenten, plannen en schema’s
  • Vertrouwd met projectmethodieken, projecttools en MS Office
  • Vlot Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je pakt technische en organisatorische vraagstukken analytisch aan
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je project, tot en met de oplevering
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en met externe partijen
  • Je neemt stakeholders met argumenten mee in een beslissing
