Als Project Manager | Fire Protection stuur je projecten aan van ontwerp tot oplevering binnen een groeiende omgeving gespecialiseerd in brandbeveiliging en sprinklersystemen. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende realisaties voor onder meer industriële en commerciële klanten en krijgt de ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

  • actief deelnemen aan teammeetings met collega’s, tekenaars en operationele managers om de voortgang van projecten op te volgen
  • projectdoelstellingen en klantverwachtingen begrijpen en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
  • sterke relaties opbouwen met klanten en partners
  • commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren voor nieuwe opdrachten
  • projecten beheren van opstart tot oplevering
  • instaan voor planning, organisatie en materialenbeheer
  • offertes en prijzen presenteren en bespreken met klanten
  • onderhandelen om tot duidelijke afspraken en overeenkomsten te komen

  • bachelor of master in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen brandbeveiliging of een verwante sector zoals piping, industry of HVAC
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden gecombineerd met commercieel inzicht
  • proactieve houding en gestructureerde aanpak
