Als Project Manager Hoog- & Middenspanning stuur je projecten aan van tenderfase tot oplevering en werk je samen met ervaren collega's aan hoogspanningsstations, batterijopslag, zonne-energie, laadinfrastructuur en datacenters. Je krijgt de kans om complexe technische projecten te realiseren voor distributienetbeheerders en grote industriële klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je neemt de leiding over verschillende projecten met een omvang van 500 k€ tot 10 M€ voor het MV- en HV-gedeelte
  • je werkt samen met een Senior Project Manager met focus op KPI's rond Safety, Finance, Quality en Time
  • je staat in voor de voorbereiding van tendercalculaties van aanvraag tot contractafsluiting
  • je begeleid projecten van opstart tot en met definitieve oplevering
  • je onderhandelt met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • je volgt deadlines, budgetten en resultaten nauwgezet op
  • je bereidt financiële voortgangsrapportages voor met aandacht voor risico's en opportuniteiten
  • je stuurt supervisors en techniekers aan en bouw je aan een sterke samenwerking binnen het team
  • je werkt nauw samen met het engineeringteam om tot optimale projectoplossingen te komen
  • je bereidt samen met collega-project managers en supervisors de periodieke planningsvergaderingen voor

  • bachelor diploma of diploma industrieel ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen een industriële projectmanagementomgeving
  • eerste ervaring als project manager van middelgrote tot grote multitechnische projecten
  • kennis van hoogspanningsinstallaties is een pluspunt
  • kennis van de courante Office 365-toepassingen
  • sterk technisch en organisatorisch inzicht
  • langetermijnvisie in contacten met klanten en leveranciers
  • motiverende en coachende aanpak
  • focus op rendement en resultaten bij budgetbeheer
  • sterke leidinggevende en sociale vaardigheden
  • werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband
  • communicatief, klantgericht en resultaatgedreven
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met het Frans en Engels
