Projectcontroller Functie Rol: Een projectcontroller helpt projectleiders bij het financieel beheer en faciliteert goede besluitvorming door het beschikbaar stellen van (financiële) stuurinformatie. De projectcontroller zorgt voor betrouwbare projectrapportages, bewaakt budgetten, signaleert risico's en adviseert projectleiders en management over mogelijke beheersmaatregelen en verbeteringen in (administratieve) processen en overzichten. De projectcontroller is een verbindende schakel tussen de operationele uitvoering binnen projectteams, strategische besluitvorming en bestuurlijke verantwoording. De projectcontroller werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, beheerders, financiën, business controller, inkoop en directievoering. Verantwoordelijkheden - Fungeren als sparringpartner en ondersteunen van projectleiders bij het opstellen, bewaken en bijstellen van projectbudgetten en -prognoses. - Boekhoudkundige inrichting van projecten voorbereiden en vormgeven aan de hand van regelgeving in het BBV (Besluit Begroting en Verantwoording) en toetsen aan dezelfde (en andere relevante) regelgeving in de uitvoeringsfase. - Signaleren van financiële risico's en afwijkingen, en adviseren over beheersmaatregelen. - Monitoren of projecten binnen vooraf bepaalde kaders (zowel budgettair als operationele scope) worden uitgevoerd. - Controleren en analyseren van nacalculaties en projectresultaten en deze omzetten in (procesmatige) verbetervoorstellen. - Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages op projectniveau voor besluitvorming door management, directie en bestuur. - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en systemen rondom projectbeheersing. - Bewaken van naleving van interne controleprocedures en subsidievoorwaarden. - Het leveren van input vanuit de projecten voor de bestuurlijke planning- en controlcyclus (waaronder Kadernota, Programmabegroting, Bestuursrapportage en Jaarrekening). - Afstemmen met financieel adviseurs en de finan...
