Voor onze klant in Mechelen zijn wij opzoek naar een Projectleider. Als Projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze bouwprojecten. Je bent de centrale spilfiguur die het complete traject van A tot Z in goede banen leidt. Samen met het bouwteam zorg je ervoor dat elk project veilig, kwalitatief én binnen het afgesproken budget en de planning wordt opgeleverd.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Totale projectleiding: Je leidt het bouwproject van A tot Z en bent de centrale spilfiguur tussen de bouwheer, architect, onderaannemers en het bouwteam.
  • Budget & Inkoop: Je beheert het projectbudget, onderhandelt over de beste voorwaarden met leveranciers en onderaannemers en stelt de contracten op.
  • Planning & Logistiek: Je stelt de strakke werfplanning op, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig voor een tijdige oplevering.
  • Kwaliteits- & Veiligheidsbewaking: Je ziet strikt toe op de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, wetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je zit werfvergaderingen voor, zorgt voor heldere rapportage en onderhoudt vlotte relaties met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Financiële opvolging: Je volgt het meer- en minderwerk nauwgezet op en bent verantwoordelijk voor de vorderingsstaten en eindafrekening.

Profiel

Wat wij verwachten:

  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in de sector, bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent een georganiseerde planner en multitasker die graag initiatief neemt en structuur brengt.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en zet alles op alles voor de hoogste kwaliteit en tevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een goeie dosis commerciële feeling en denkt van nature probleemoplossend.
  • Als teamplayer werk je respectvol samen met collega’s, onderaannemers en klanten.
  • Je drukt je vloeiend uit in het Nederlands (kennis van extra talen is een pluspunt).
