Wat maakt deze functie anders?

In deze functie ben je veel meer dan alleen projectleider. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij uiteenlopende renovatie-, verduurzamings- en verbouwprojecten. Je schakelt tussen opdrachtgevers, bewoners, uitvoerders en projectteams en krijgt veel vrijheid om projecten zelfstandig te begeleiden. Door de afwisseling tussen kantoor en bouwplaats én de diversiteit aan projecten is geen werkdag hetzelfde.

Jouw werkzaamheden

· Begeleiden van renovatie-, verduurzamings- en verbouwprojecten.

· Coördineren van kleine en middelgrote bouwprojecten.

· Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning.

· Aansturen van de (meewerkend) uitvoerder en het projectteam.

· Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere betrokken partijen.

· Meedenken over verbeteringen en adviseren over projectuitvoering.

· Medeverantwoordelijk zijn voor de financiële bewaking van projecten.

· Bijdragen aan de werkvoorbereiding en succesvolle realisatie van projecten.

· Toezien op kwaliteit, planning en voortgang.

Wat breng je mee?

· Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.

· Meerdere jaren ervaring als Projectleider Bouw, Projectleider Renovatie, Projectmanager Bouw, Senior Werkvoorbereider, Uitvoerder of een vergelijkbare bouwkundige functie.

· Ervaring met renovatie-, onderhouds- of verduurzamingsprojecten.

· Cijfermatig inzicht en organisatorisch sterk.

· Je werkt zelfstandig, bent flexibel en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

· Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen.
