Bij Mossink elektrotechniek zoeken we een projectleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, overzicht houdt en samen met zijn team mooie projecten realiseert. Van een verbouwing bij een vaste klant tot een nieuwbouwproject van enkele miljoenen euro's. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Wij zijn een no-nonsense familiebedrijf uit Hoevelaken dat al sinds 1959 actief is in de elektrotechniek. Met ruim 80 vakmensen realiseren we dagelijks uiteenlopende projecten binnen de woningbouw, utiliteit en zorgsector. Vanwege de toekomstige pensionering van één van onze projectleiders zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die deze positie op termijn overneemt. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor jouw projecten. Nadat een project door onze calculatie- en acquisitieafdeling is binnengehaald, neem jij het stokje over. Samen met jouw projectteam, bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders, tekenaars en monteurs zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch, financieel en organisatorisch succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen van jouw projectteam; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget; - Financiële verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw projecten; - Signaleren en afhandelen van meer- en minderwerk; - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, bouwpartners en leveranciers; - Bezoeken van projectlocaties; - Samenwerken en sparren met collega-projectleiders.
