Ben jij een ervaren projectleider met een passie voor de bouwsector en klaar om uitdagende projecten te coördineren? Dan ben jij de projectleider die we zoeken bij Naessens P., een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in staalstructuur en dak- en gevelbekleding met materialen zoals aluminium, staal, geïsoleerde panelen en meer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider krijg jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere werven in Vlaanderen. Je bent de spil tussen onze klanten, interne teams en onderaannemers. Vroege ochtenden schrikken jou niet af, want jij zorgt ervoor dat de werven tijdig opstarten en alles vlot verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördinatie van de technische en administratieve opvolging van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen van de planning en aansturen van zowel eigen teams als onderaannemers.
  • Garanderen van kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering, plaatsing en oplevering.
  • Leidinggeven aan plaatsingsteams en zorgen dat de instructies helder en duidelijk zijn.
  • Probleemoplossend denken en het zoeken naar esthetische en technische optimalisaties.
  • Administratief en financieel beheer van de werven, inclusief nazorg en opvolging.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder en wordt ondersteund door een backoffice team.
  • Relevante ervaring in projectleiding en werfopvolging, bij voorkeur binnen ruwbouw of schrijnwerk – dit is een must!
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent actief aanwezig op de werven om het plaatsingsteam bij te staan.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider en kunt je team motiveren, aansturen en ontwikkelen.
  • Je communiceert helder en duidelijk met alle betrokken partijen en neemt beslissingen zonder aarzeling.
  • Je hebt een commerciële instelling en houdt de klant altijd centraal.
  • Ervaring als technisch tekenaar of met staal/aluminium is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
