The posting

Als Projectleider Industriële Automatisering neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de realisatie van technische projecten, van de eerste voorbereiding tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je werkt zowel aan de modernisering van bestaande installaties als aan de implementatie van nieuwe geautomatiseerde logistieke systemen. Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen klanten, engineering, leveranciers en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je volgt de planning, budgetten en kwaliteit op, organiseert overlegmomenten en bewaakt de voortgang doorheen de verschillende projectfasen. Je combineert een gestructureerde aanpak met een hands-on mentaliteit en weet snel te schakelen wanneer technische of organisatorische uitdagingen opduiken. Daarbij krijg je voldoende autonomie om zelf beslissingen te nemen en je projecten succesvol af te ronden.

  • Je hebt een diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur, bij voorkeur in Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Automatisering of een aanverwante richting
  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring in een technische omgeving of in projectleiding
  • Je hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om complexe vraagstukken te begrijpen en verschillende disciplines te verbinden
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet projecten gestructureerd te organiseren
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
