Voor onze klant, een industriebouwer regio Aalter, gaan wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren projectleider om hun innovatieve bouwprojecten in goede banen te leiden. Solliciteer hieronder en bouw mee aan projecten!

De functie inhoud Het takenpakket van een projectleider:

  • Verkoop van industriële bouwprojecten, dit zowel aan nieuwe als bestaande klanten
  • In gesprek gaan met de bouwheer zodat je een goed zicht hebt op hun noden
  • Aansturen van de calculatoren waarbij een nauwe samenwerking volgt omtrent de offertes
  • Actief helpen zoeken naar optimalisaties
  • Directie overleg omtrent de lopende dossiers
  • Offertes voorstellen aan de bouwheer waarbij je onderhandelingen uitvoert en contracten afsluit
  • Opvolgen van lopende offertes in samenspraak met de bouwheer
  • Contact onderhouden met architecten en bouwpromotoren waardoor je je netwerk uitbreidt

Onze klant Onze klant, gelegen in regio Aalter, is een bekend bouwbedrijf met meer dan vijftig jaar ervaring in de sector. De focus ligt voornamelijk op appartements- en utiliteitsbouw. Zowel ruwbouw als renovaties worden met grote zorg afgeleverd.

Vandaag telt de onderneming een 80-tal werknemers. Dankzij de vlakke structuur en directe communicatie kom je terecht in een warm nest met een familiale sfeer. Persoonlijke ontplooiing staat bij onze klant centraal. Zo zal je dankzij de uitdagende projecten heel wat bijleren. Ook met voortdurende opleidingen en persoonlijke begeleiding zet je verdere stappen in je carrière. Natuurlijk is er ook oog voor fun op het werk! Zo wordt regelmatig een leuk evenement georganiseerd. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan nieuwjaarsrecepties, werfbezoeken, sportieve uitdagingen, barbecue, teambuildings… De vaardigheden van een projectleider:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master Bouwkunde op zak
  • Daarnaast heb je enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider binnen de industriebouw, dit in een meer commerciële rol
  • Je bent empathisch ingesteld waardoor je de noden van je klant kan interpreteren en uitwerken
  • Daarnaast toon je de nodige gedrevenheid en motivatie
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld waardoor je deals kan closen
  • Een familiale en no-nonsense cultuur is helemaal je ding
