In de functie van Projectleider Nieuwbouw ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van nieuwe liftinstallaties. Wat houdt dat in? Vanuit de sales komen de opdrachten binnen en jij zorgt ervoor dat er een gehele nieuwe lift wordt geplaatst en inbedrijf wordt gesteld. Dit doe je door middel van een goede projectplanning, heldere communicatie met je opdrachtgever en een efficiënte inzet van capaciteit en de juiste middelen. Kwaliteit en veiligheid staan binnen jouw planning centraal. Als Projectleider geef je leiding aan een team liftmonteurs en onderaannemers, waarbij je wordt ondersteund door werkvoorbereiders en accountmanagers. Je bent werkzaam in een team bestaande uit projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, projectcoördinatoren en engineers en je rapporteert aan de Head of Operations.
