- Medior (3 - 10 jaar ervaring) - - - Als Projectleider Ondergrondse Infra ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een stevige projectportefeuille binnen Gorinchem Infra. Je werkt aan projecten voor onder andere Stedin en Oasen, met een omvang die kan variëren van ongeveer €500.000 tot €12 miljoen. Binnen de Buurtaanpak kun je daarbij tot acht buurten tegelijk onder je hoede hebben. Je werkt samen met een vast projectteam van onder andere een engineer, werkvoorbereider en planner en schakelt dagelijks met de uitvoerder en de ploegen buiten. In totaal werk je binnen jouw projecten met ongeveer 20 tot 25 collega's. Samen met de uitvoerder ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het resultaat. Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht over de verschillende disciplines en zorgt dat techniek, mensen, planning en financiën goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor projecten binnen laag- en middenspanning, gas en water, waarbij laagspanning de belangrijkste discipline is. - aansturen en ondersteunen van het projectteam van engineering, werkvoorbereiding, planning en uitvoering; - bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en financieel resultaat; - overzicht houden over meerdere projecten en buurtaanpakken tegelijkertijd; - samen met de uitvoerder beslissingen nemen over de dagelijkse voortgang van projecten; - afstemmen met de teamleider over belangrijke operationele en financiële keuzes; - onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers zoals Stedin en Oasen; - signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en knelpunten en hier tijdig op sturen; - beoordelen van wijzigingen, meer- en minderwerk en projectvoortgang; - zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen binnen- en buitenorganisatie; Daarnaast werk je binnen het ISDO-contract aan projecten in een werkgebied dat loopt van Alblasserdam tot en met Vianen. - hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider, projectcoördin...
