Je focus en expertise ligt vooral op het gebied van installatietechniek. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende interne en externe stakeholders en weet belangen te verbinden, waardoor projecten soepel verlopen en resultaten worden behaald. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent zeker niet alleen: je maakt deel uit van een hecht en betrokken team met korte lijnen, waarin je makkelijk bij elkaar binnenloopt en voor elkaar klaar staat. Er wordt veel samengewerkt, meegedacht én gelachen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en samen kijken jullie continu hoe het werk nog slimmer en beter kan. Met jouw initiatief en kennis van woningonderhoud en installatietechniek beweeg je mee in een dynamische omgeving. Zo draag je zichtbaar bij aan toekomstbestendige en duurzame vastgoedprojecten met fijne leefbare wijken voor de huurders. Over de organisatie We zijn een Lean-organisatie.
