Onze klant hecht veel belang aan het ontwikkelen van sterke, langdurige relaties met haar klanten, waardoor ze een waardevol en solide recurrent klantenbestand hebben opgebouwd doorheen de jaren. Om deze duurzame relaties - gesteund op klantgerichtheid, vertrouwen en service - te blijven waarborgen en verder te optimaliseren, is onze klant zoek naar een projectleider vaste klanten.

De projectleider is de contactpersoon én verantwoordelijke voor de alledaagse leiding van enkele vaste klanten.

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor meerdere vaste klanten, zowel bij de offerte als de uitvoeringsfase.
  • Volledige leiding en verantwoordelijkheid bij deze klanten.
  • Onderhandelen met én selecteren van leveranciers en onderaannemers op basis van prijs, kwaliteitsniveau en timing.
  • Voorkomen van ongevallen beschouwen als prioriteit. Verantwoordelijkheidszin voor alle aspecten op de werf zoals toolboxmeetings, actief veiligheidstoezicht, contacten met inspecties, meewerken aan onderzoek van arbeidsongevallen, …
  • Overzicht houden over de volledige stand van zaken waaronder administratie, budget en planning.
  • Aansturen en overzien van de werknemers op de werf aan de hand van regelmatige werfbezoeken.
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van de werven en bijwonen werfvergaderingen.
  • Bewaken van de haalbaarheid van de afspraken alsook van de deadlines.
  • Bijhouden van volledige administratie die dient om de werken tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Oplossen van technische beslissingen en uitvoeringsproblemen.
  • Planning opmaken en opvolgen, globaal overzicht bewaren.
  • Beheersen en bewaken van de administratieve flow en financiële situatie.
  • Pro-actieve opvolging en contact met deze klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een Master / Bachelor Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren, multitasken en resultaatgericht werken.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt out of the box.
  • Je bent een teamplayer en beschikt over de nodige communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je bent in staat een situatie goed te analyseren zodoende probleemoplossend, gestructureerd en proactief te werken.
