Als Projectmanager Bouw begeleid je complexe woning- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten van ontwerp tot realisatie. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en bouwpartners en zorgt dat ontwerpambities worden vertaald naar maakbare oplossingen. Met jouw bouwtechnische kennis signaleer je risico's, stuur je bij waar nodig en houd je projecten in beweging. Ook draag je bij aan het verbeteren van werkmethoden en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe projecten. Zo help je hoogwaardige ontwerpen daadwerkelijk te realiseren en draag je bij aan duurzamere en prettigere woon- en werkomgevingen. Kenmerken vacature: Projectmanager, Vaste baan, Bouwkunde Bedrijfsprofiel Een multidisciplinair ontwerp- en adviesbureau waar architecten, bouwkundigen, adviseurs en stedenbouwkundigen samenwerken. De projecten richten zich op gebouwen en stedelijke omgevingen die groener, menselijker en toekomstbestendiger worden. Wij zoeken Only candidates living in the Netherlands and with Dutch language proficiency will be considered for this position. - Relevante bouwkundige opleiding en/of werkervaring - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider - Ervaring met het coördineren van projectteams - Kennis van BIM en software zoals Revit, Dynamo en Solibri - Ervaring met financiële projectadministratie - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week Het aanbod - Voor deze vacature is de salarisrange €4800 t/m €6700 bruto per maand op fulltime basis...
