De rol in het kort Al 25 jaar draait alles bij Bizway om het leveren van uitstekende IT-diensten aan onze (internationale) klanten in de sectoren zoals food, logistiek/transport, petrochemie en non-profit. Als toonaangevende IT-serviceprovider in onze regio zorgen wij ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op optimale werkplekbeheeroplossingen, (web)application hosting en geavanceerde cybersecurityservices. Als Projectmanager ben je betrokken bij diverse klant- en interne projecten zoals migraties van de IT-infrastructuur, implementatie van een nieuwe werkplekstrategie voor een klant of de uitrol van nieuwe dienstverlening. In jouw rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de opstart, voortgang, afronding en het totale projectresultaat. Je bent gedurende het gehele traject in control en schakelt continu tussen alle betrokken partijen (collega's, klanten, leveranciers, etc.). Je bent onderdeel van team Business Development. Samen met Service Accountmanagers, Projectcoördinatoren/-managers en Solutions Specialisten zorgen jullie voor een optimale klantbeleving. Je verantwoordelijkheden in de rol van Projectmanager - Coördineren van implementaties, migraties en uitrolactiviteiten: planning, afstemming, voortgangsbewaking en verslaglegging; - Opstellen, bijhouden en bewaken van project- en changeplanningen, mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden en resource-inzet; - Bewaken van scope, risico's, issues en actiepunten; signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig escaleren waar nodig; - Changeplanning: verzamelen en beoordelen van changes op impact en urgentie, inplannen in de change-kalender, afstemmen met klanten en interne t...
