Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het implementeren van nieuwe IT-systemen, optimaliseren van (distributie)processen of het verbeteren van supply chain. Je komt te werken in een organisatie waar verschillende disciplines, belangen en systemen samenkomen - en jij weet hierin structuur aan te brengen. Je brengt teams in beweging, bewaakt voortgang, budgetten en deadlines, en zorgt dat projecten binnen scope en planning worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders op alle niveaus, van operationeel tot strategisch en van intern tot extern. Dankzij jouw overzicht en pragmatische aanpak weet je complexe processen behapbaar te maken en teams gericht naar resultaten te leiden. Je schakelt snel, past je moeiteloos aan veranderende omstandigheden aan en verliest het einddoel nooit uit het oog. Je gaat aan de slag binnen de afdeling Projecten. Dat team speelt een centrale rol in het realiseren van de strategische ambities van de organisatie. Zij verbindt langetermijndoelen met concrete veranderinitiatieven door middel van professioneel portfolio-, programma- en projectmanagement.
