Onze klant is actief vanuit de regio’s Buggenhout, Sint-Niklaas en Hamme en maakt deel uit van een multitechnische dienstverlener. Hoewel ze zelfstandig opereren, kunnen ze voor specifieke ondersteuning en expertise beroep doen op de diensten en knowhow van het moederbedrijf. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in verwarming, sanitair en airconditioning (HVAC) en is actief als installateur en servicepartner binnen de industrie, openbare sector en particuliere markt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Projectmanager HVAC neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op over de uitvoering en opvolging van de HVAC-projecten:

  • Je bewaakt samen met de projectleiders veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en rendabiliteit van de projecten.
  • Je vormt de operationele schakel tussen de technische directie, projectleiders en medewerkers op de werven.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt de projectleiders en helpt hen om prioriteiten te bepalen en projecten zelfstandig aan te sturen.
  • Je volgt planning, capaciteit, budgetten, marges, nacalculatie en meerwerken nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig en detecteert opportuniteiten om processen en samenwerking structureel te verbeteren.
  • Bij complexe technische of organisatorische vraagstukken breng je overzicht en richting en stem je af met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bepaalt mee de prioriteiten binnen de verschillende projecten en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technische directie en krijgt de ruimte om de projectorganisatie verder te professionaliseren.

We zoeken een ervaren HVAC-professional die technische kennis kan combineren met people management en financieel inzicht:

  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring als Projectmanager HVAC, projectleider of technisch verantwoordelijke binnen HVAC of technische installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige technische kennis van verwarming, sanitair en airconditioning.
  • Je hebt inzicht in budgetten, marges, nacalculatie, meerwerken en rendabiliteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden, coachen en aansturen van medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, maakt verwachtingen concreet en durft ook moeilijke gesprekken aan te gaan.
  • Je bent rustig, besluitvaardig en organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
