Die Stadtwerke Kufstein sind als Versorgungsunternehmen bereits seit 1898 der zuverlässige Stromlieferant für Kufstein, Thiersee, Ebbs, Langkampfen, Schwoich und Bayrischzell. Insgesamt werden über 160 Quadratkilometer unserer Region durch das Stromnetz der Stadtwerke Kufstein versorgt.

Die Energie stammt überwiegend erzeugt aus Wasserkraft, Windenergie und Biomasse. Mit einer verlässlichen Grundversorgung nehmen wir unsere soziale Verantwortung ernst und unterstützen mit fairen Business-Tarifen die regionale Wirtschaftskraft.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Projektkoordinator*in Governance, Compliance & Energiewirtschaft (m/w/d) DEINE MISSION.

* Du übernimmst die Funktion als Datenschutzbeauftragte*r und koordinierst alle datenschutzrechtlichen Themen.

* Du entwickelst unser internes Kontrollsystem weiter und sorgst für wirksame, nachvollziehbare Abläufe. Du koordinierst Anforderungen der Netz- und Informationssystemsicherheit und arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen.

* Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und unsere Fachbereiche bei rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen.

* Du begleitest Förderprojekte von der Recherche über die Einreichung bis zur Abrechnung.

* Du verantwortest ausgewählte kaufmännische und energiewirtschaftliche Projekte inklusive Controlling und Reporting.

DEIN PROFIL.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, juristische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische und energiewirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und hast hohes Interesse, dich mit solchen Fragestellungen zu beschäftigen.

* Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess- oder Qualitätsmanagement mit.

* Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und nutzt moderne digitale Werkzeuge und KI-Assistenzsysteme verantwortungsvoll und effizient.
