Ihre Aufgaben * Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Rohrleitungs- und industriellen Anlagenbau * Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen

* Führung und Unterstützung des Projektteams während des gesamten Projektverlaufs

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Vertragspartner:innen sowie interne und externe Projektbeteiligte

* Koordination und Überwachung aller technischen Gewerke von der Planung über die Ausführung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Endabnahme

* Durchführung von Vertrags-, Vergabe- und Nachtragsverhandlungen mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen

* Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

* Change und Claim Management

* Laufendes Projektreporting (intern und extern)

Ihre Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Verfahrenstechnik etc. von Vorteil)

* Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Projektmanagement Industrieanlagenbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder ähnlicher Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Projektteams

* Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Verständnis für komplexe technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie sichere Anwendung von MS-Office und MS-Project

* Reisebereitschaft
