Stellenbeschreibung

Als Senior-Ingenieur:in im Fachbereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär (HKLS) bist du zentrale:r Mitgestalter:in unserer integralen Planung - von der ersten Idee bis zur Fertigstellung. Dabei übernimmst du nicht nur die Projektleitung und Führung deines Projektteams, sondern prägst auch aktiv die Zukunft des nachhaltigen Bauens mit.

Was dich konkret erwartet:

* Du leitest die gesamthafte HKLS-Planung - integrativ, digital und effizient.

* Als Projektleiter:in führst du dein Team fachlich und übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine.

* Du planst mit modernsten Methoden (BIM) und arbeitest eng mit Architektur, Tragwerksplanung, Elektrotechnik, ÖBA und externen Partner:innen zusammen.

* Du vertrittst ATP gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und ausführenden Firmen.

* Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt du die Umsetzung unseres ATP Green Deal für klimaneutrales und zukunftsorientiertes Bauen.

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) im Bereich Gebäude- und Energietechnik oder Maschinenbau

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von Großprojekten, idealerweise in Rechenzentren oder im Healthcare-Bereich

* Freude an Führung von Projektteams und an der Weiterentwicklung junger Kolleg:innen

* Gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD/Revit und Begeisterung für digitale Tools

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Termine, Kosten und Qualität

* Motivation, gemeinsam mit uns nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
