DIESE TÄTIGKEITEN ERWARTEN DICH: * Deine Verantwortung umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung vielfältiger Projekte, z.B. im Bereich Rheocasting. Du kümmerst dich um die gesamte Abwicklung der Projekte, beginnend bei der Anfragephase bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. * Du entwickelst und setzt umfassende Projektpläne zur Erreichung der definierten Ziele um, wobei du Kosten-, Termin- und Ressourcenplanung berücksichtigst. * Du leitest ein multidisziplinäres Projektteam, koordinierst alle Projektmitglieder, forderst Aufgaben ein und stellst sicher, dass die Ziele sachlich, terminlich und kostenmäßig erreicht werden. * Bei Bedarf identifizierst du potenzielle Projektrisiken und entwickelst Strategien zur Minimierung oder Vermeidung dieser Risiken, wobei du bei kritischen Abweichungen Eskalationen vornimmst. * Alle Projektschritte dokumentierst du nach automobilen Standards, um eine lückenlose Nachverfolgbarkeit zu gewährleisten und kontinuierlich interne Prozesse im Projektmanagement zu optimieren. * Als Hauptansprechpartner für internationale Kunden stimmst du dich eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab. * Du bringst deine Expertise im Bereich Rheocasting-Technologie ein, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und den Projektfortschritt mit modernsten Methoden und Technologien voranzutreiben. * Dein umfassendes Verständnis für Gießprozesse hilft dir dabei, diese im Hinblick auf Qualität und Effizienz kontinuierlich zu optimieren. * Du integrierst neue Materialien und Technologien in den Produktionsprozess und stellst sicher, dass diese zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität und der Produktionskosten beitragen. * Eng arbeitest du mit der Qualitätskontrolle zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Produkte den höchsten Standards entsprechen und den spezifischen Anforderungen des Rheocasting-Prozesses gerecht werden.

DIESE FÄHIGKEITEN ÜBERZEUGEN UNS: * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, Studium oder FH) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie oder im Bereich der Gießtechnik * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools und Methodiken nach automobilen Standards * Technisches Interesse und ein gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, insbesondere im Bereich Rheocasting * Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken * Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln * Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit * Kreativität und ein klares Zielverständnis, um Projekte effizient und erfolgreich umzusetzen * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie vorzugsweise Erfahrungen mit SAP * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um sowohl intern als auch mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern effektiv zu kommunizieren
