Spannende Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die Leitung von Operations-Projekten - inkl. Planung und Controlling

* Teilprojektleitung operationsrelevanter Themen in der Produktentwicklung

* Vertretung der Operationsinteressen im Produktentstehungsprozess

* Aufbau und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen

* Sicherstellung der Serienreife neuer Produkte

* Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern

* Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen

* Projektcontrolling und KPI-Tracking

* Dokumentation gemäß medizintechnischen Standards

Dein Profil

* Technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. Biomedizin und Gesundheitstechnik

* Einschlägige Projektmanagementerfahrung im industriellen Umfeld

* Führung von interdisziplinären Teams in einer Matrix Struktur

* Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Gesamtheitliche Denkweise

* Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

* Reisebereitschaft ca. 15 %

* Zeitliche Flexibilität in globalen Projekten
