Aufgaben

* Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung detaillierter Projektterminpläne mit Primavera P6 und MS Project

* Entwicklung von Baseline-Terminplänen auf Basis abgestimmter Projektdaten

* Erstellung von S-Curves sowie Fortschritts- und Trendanalysen

* Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Analyse von Terminabweichungen

* Identifikation von Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

* Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards für Stakeholder

* Organisation und Moderation von Planungs- und Fortschrittsmeetings

Profil

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Bachelor) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektplanung von Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Industrieprojekten

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Primavera P6 sowie MS Project und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von S-Curves

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im industriellen Umfeld

* Entsprechende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Deutschkenntnisse

* Erfahrung in internationalen Matrixorganisationen

* Kenntnisse in Risikoanalysen und Fortschrittsvisualisierung
