Optimiere und digitalisiere mit deiner Expertise unsere Prozesse und die Systeme im Finanzbereich. Gestalte und implementiere gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen neue Geschäftsprozesse und leiste mit deinem Know-how einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg und zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Rechnungswesens.

Werde Teil des Accounting, Tax & Treasury-Teams und wir setzen unsere Vision in die Tat um!

* Sei verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

* Stimme dich mit den Fachbereichen über neue Geschäftsprozesse ab und begleite die systemtechnische Implementierung

* Treibe die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Abläufen im Rechnungswesen voran, identifiziere finanztechnische Anforderungen bei Projekten und setze sie um

* Begleite das Projekt für die lokale Gesellschaft bei der konzernweiten Umstellung auf SAP/S4 Hana

* Koordiniere und schule die unterschiedlichen internen Stakeholder

* Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement, finanztechnischer Abläufe sowie im Rechnungswesen?

* Du hast bereits Projekterfahrung, v.a. bei Automatisierungen von Prozessen (z.B. auch mit AI) und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office (v.a. Excel)?

* Du hast eine lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, überzeugst durch deine kommunikative Art und hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Systemlandschaften zu verstehen?

* Du sprichst einwandfreies Deutsch und Englisch?

Für diese Position ist lt. unserem Kollektivvertrag für Telekommunikation ein monatliches Mindestgehalt von € 3.803,99,- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt besprechen wir noch mit dir persönlich. Wir orientieren uns dabei an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und deiner Erfahrung und bieten dir eine entsprechende, attraktive Überzahlung.
