Die Primärversorgungseinheit (PVE) Döbling bietet eine umfassende, niederschwellige und patientenorientierte medizinische sowie psychosoziale Grundversorgung im 19. Wiener Gemeindebezirk.

Zur Verstärkung unseres interdisziplinären Teams (Allgemeinmedizin, Pflege, Physiotherapie, Sozialarbeit, Diätologie) suchen wir ab sofort eine/ engagierten 1 Psychotherapeut*in (m/w/d) Dienstort Primärversorgungseinheit Döbling, Heiligenstädterstraße 140/5, 1190 Wien und Ruthgasse 1/GL2, 1190 Wien

Ihre Aufgaben

* Psychotherapeutische Versorgung: Durchführung von Erstgesprächen, Abklärungen sowie gezielten psychotherapeutischen Behandlungen im Primärversorgungssetting.

* Fokus auf Kurzzeit- und Krisenintervention: Rasche, strukturierte Unterstützung von Patient*innen in akuten Belastungssituationen und psychischen Krisen.

* Netzwerkarbeit & Überweisung: Enge Kooperation und Schnittstellenarbeit mit psychosozialen Einrichtungen, Fachärzt*innen und Kliniken in Wien für eine weiterführende Anbindung unserer Patient*innen.

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Regelmäßiger Austausch und Fallbesprechungen im PVE-Team zur ganzheitlichen Patient*innenbetreuung.

* Dokumentation: Sorgfältige und zeitnahe Führung der therapeutischen Dokumentation gemäß den rechtlichen Vorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Psychotherapeut*in (Eintragung in die Liste des Bundesministeriums) oder

Psychotherapeut*in in Ausbildung unter Supervision (i.A.u.S.) mit mindestens 1 Jahr eigenständiger Praxiserfahrung.

* Fachkompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kurzzeitintervention und Krisenintervention. Gute Kenntnisse der Wiener psychosozialen Landschaft und deren Versorgungsstrukturen.

* Soft Skills: Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit Akutsituationen. Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Gewissenhafte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und IT-Affinität für die Dokumentation.

* Attraktive Vergütung: 2015,- € Bruttomonatsgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis, Entlohnung nach dem BAGS/SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag (Einstufung abhängig von Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikation; Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung).
