Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen aankoop, procurement en leveranciersmanagement in een internationale bedrijfsomgeving?

Voor een sterke en groeiende organisatie in de regio Ieper zoeken wij een ervaren purchase manager of aankoopmanager die strategisch inzicht combineert met operationele daadkracht. Deze functie biedt de kans om het volledige aankoopbeleid verder uit te bouwen, leveranciersrelaties te optimaliseren en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de groei en rendabiliteit van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen: - Uitbouwen en professionaliseren van de aankoopafdeling met focus op efficiëntie, kostenoptimalisatie en duurzame groei. - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van aankoopstrategieën, procedures en procurementprocessen. - Onderhandelen met nationale en internationale leveranciers over prijsafspraken, servicecontracten en commerciële voorwaarden. - Beheer van leveranciersrelaties, contractmanagement en charterbeheer binnen diverse aankoopcategorieën. - Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor fleetmanagement en investerings- en aankoopbudgetten. - Uitvoeren van marktanalyse, leveranciersscreening en benchmarking om nieuwe opportuniteiten te identificeren. - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op internationale vakbeurzen, netwerkevents en leveranciersbezoeken. - Opvolgen van factuurcontrole, aankoopadministratie en rapportering richting management en directie. - Monitoren van KPI’s, kwaliteitsnormen en performantie-indicatoren per aankoopcategorie. - Adviseren van directie en management rond aankoopbeleid, kostenbeheersing en strategische investeringen. - Initiëren van verbeterprojecten binnen procurement, supply chain en leveranciersbeheer. Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen aankoop, procurement, sourcing, supply chain of contractmanagement. Sterke onderhandelaar met ervaring in leveranciersbeheer en commerciële afspraken. Resultaatgerichte professional met een analytische en strategische kijk op aankoopprocessen. Gestructureerde werkstijl met oog voor detail, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het beheren van interne en externe relaties. Commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met financiële en operationele kennis. Affiniteit met de logistieke sector, transportsector of internationale bedrijfsomgeving vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
