Ze produceren natuurlijke grondvoedingsstoffen voor de landbouwindustrie, maar ook produceren ze een breed scala aan ingrediënten voor de voedingssector. Daarbij zijn ze ook wereldleider in industriële additieven en materialen voor de scheikundige nijverheid.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale producent actief binnen de chemische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Quality Assurance Manager te Grobbendonk. Heb jij een sterke achtergrond in kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een productieomgeving en ben je vertrouwd met ISO-normen, audits en continue verbetertrajecten? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Jouw functie

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de productiesite in Grobbendonk. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen en producten en zorgt ervoor dat alle kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd.

Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvraagstukken en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen, internationale collega's en externe stakeholders.

Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en grondstoffen, waarbij je toeziet op de kwaliteitscontrole en de implementatie van de vereiste procedures.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren, onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Implementeren en opvolgen van normen en certificeringen zoals: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RHP, SNI
  • Leiden van root cause analyses bij klantenklachten, non-conformiteiten en procesafwijkingen.
  • Definiëren, opvolgen en implementeren van Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA's).
  • Organiseren, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne en externe audits.
  • Opstellen en rapporteren van kwaliteits-KPI's en managementrapportages.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeter- en innovatieprojecten.
  • Uitwerken en uitrollen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en de kwaliteitsstrategie.
  • Samenwerken met internationale QA-teams en andere productiesites.
  • Adviseren van management en operationele afdelingen rond kwaliteitsgerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van de QA Assistant.
  • Organiseren van opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties rond kwaliteit.
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Chemie, Procestechnologie, Ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een chemische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en ISO-certificeringen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met auditprocessen, kwaliteitsborging en continue verbeteringsmethodieken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt initiatief en weet verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in veranderingsprocessen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Kennis van Lean Six Sigma vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
