Ben jij een proactieve kwaliteitsprofessional met ervaring in een productieomgeving? Voor onze site in Grobbendonk zoeken wij een Quality Manager die de kwaliteit van onze processen en producten naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en de implementatie van relevante normen en certificeringen, waaronder ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RHP en SNI.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kwaliteitsmanagement binnen onze fabriek. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvraagstukken en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het realiseren van een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en grondstoffen, waaronder de beoordeling, kwaliteitscontrole en opvolging ervan.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de site en met collega’s van andere ICL-locaties. In deze functie word je ondersteund door een QA Assistant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Leiden en begeleiden van root cause-analyses bij klantenklachten, non-conformiteiten en procesafwijkingen in samenwerking met de relevante SME’s.

• Definiëren, implementeren en opvolgen van Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA’s).

• Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.

• Beheren, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.

• Samenwerken met internationale QA-teams en andere ICL-productielocaties.

• Vertegenwoordigen van ICL Belgium op het gebied van kwaliteit tijdens interne en externe overlegmomenten.

• Opstellen en rapporteren van kwaliteits-KPI’s en managementrapportages aan het lokale managementteam, het Global QA Team en senior management.

• Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de QA Assistant.

• Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van opleidingen en kwaliteitsbewustzijnsprogramma’s binnen de organisatie.

• Initiëren, leiden en implementeren van verbeter- en innovatieprojecten.

• Ontwikkelen en uitrollen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en de kwaliteitsstrategie voor ICL Belgium.

• Toezien op naleving van relevante kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsnormen.

Organisatie & rapportering

Je rapporteert functioneel aan de Quality Assurance Manager Benelux (Daniele Deiana) en lokaal aan de Plant Manager ICL Belgium (Glenn Sprangers).

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in (proces)technologie, chemie, ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een chemische productieomgeving.

• Aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en ISO-normen.

• Goede kennis van auditprocessen, procesverbetering en kwaliteitsborging.

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

• Resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en in staat om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in verandering.

• Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.

• Kennis van Lean Six Sigma is een plus.
