Onze klant is een internationale producent van duurzame aluminium verpakkingsoplossingen voor de voedings-, dranken- en consumentenindustrie. Vanuit hun moderne productiesite in Genk zetten zij sterk in op kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en continue verbetering. Om hun kwaliteitsteam verder te versterken, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een Quality Specialist.

Als Quality Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen de productiesite. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen, producten en systemen voldoen aan de geldende normen, wettelijke vereisten en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Implementeren en verder uitrollen van het Quality Management System binnen de site.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits en zorgen voor een permanente audit readiness.
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsproblemen en identificeren van verbeteracties.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van actieplannen om productkwaliteit en procesefficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Organiseren en geven van opleidingen om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie te versterken.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma en hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, productie of procesverbetering.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits en continue verbeteringsmethodieken is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid of Six Sigma is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en weet verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in verbetertrajecten
  • Je communiceert vlot en neemt graag initiatief.
