In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het QHSE-beleid bij een industriële topspeler in Rotterdam. Je beweegt je dagelijks tussen operations, techniek en management en weet beleid effectief te vertalen naar de praktijk op de werkvloer. Deze organisatie zet sterk in op duurzaamheid, waardoor er de komende jaren veel vernieuwingen plaats zullen vinden. Jouw taken omvatten: - Opstellen, implementeren en verbeteren van QHSE-beleid en systemen; - Uitvoeren van interne en externe audits en opvolgen van acties; - Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van incidenten en verbeterpunten; - Adviseren van operations, maintenance en management over veiligheid en compliance; - Organiseren van trainingen en awareness sessies op de werkvloer; - Coachen van teams en stimuleren van veilig gedrag binnen de organisatie; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en ambassadeur op het gebied van QHSE; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen en risicobeheersing. Wat neem je mee als QHSE Manager? - Hbo opleiding in veiligheidskunde, HVK of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een QHSE-rol binnen industrie of chemie; - Ervaring met industriële omgevingen (bij voorkeur haven- of procesindustrie); - Kennis van ISO 9001, 14001 en 45001 en relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Bekend met VCA en veiligheids- en risicomanagementsystemen; - Ervaring met audits, rapportages en verbetertrajecten; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; - Je...
