Zij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een QHSE Manager in regio Kempen.

Functieomschrijving

QHSE Manager

  • Je bouwt het preventiebeleid verder uit door actieplannen op te stellen, verbeterinitiatieven op te volgen en veiligheidsdoelstellingen structureel te verankeren binnen de organisatie.
  • Je versterkt de veiligheidscultuur op werven en locaties door medewerkers te coachen, sensibiliseringsacties op te zetten en veiligheid tastbaar en bespreekbaar te maken.
  • Je analyseert risico's en processen, vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete maatregelen en waakt over de naleving van relevante veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

QHSE Manager

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1, of je hebt 5 jaar ervaring als preventie adviseur niveau 2, waarbij vanuit het bedrijf uit niveau 1 kan worden opgestart
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele realiteit nauw verbonden zijn.
