Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n engagierten Mitarbeiter_in im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement & Qualitätssicherung mit Schwerpunkt auf die praktische Umsetzung in unserer Backstube.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

* Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards.

* Unterstützung der Produktion in allen QM/QS-relevanten Fragestellungen.

* Durchführung von internen Audits, Hygienekontrollen und Rohstoffprüfungen.

* Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter_innen in den Bereichen Hygiene und Qualitätsmanagement.

* Begleitung von externen Audits und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden.

* Dokumentation und Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Daten sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Bäckereitechnik, Ernährungswissenschaften, Koch/Köchin oder Fleischer:in.

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich QM/QS, idealerweise in der Bäckerei- oder Lebensmittelbranche.

* Kenntnisse in HACCP, IFS oder anderen gängigen Qualitätsstandards

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit - proaktives Handeln, lösungsorientiertes Denken und effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.

Gehaltsangaben und sonstige Hinweise

Wir bieten eine umfangreiche Einarbeitung sowie Aufstiegs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von 4.500€ (All-In).

Je nach beruflicher Erfahrung und Qualifikation, besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

(kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt für diese Position 2.165,63€ brutto pro Monat)
