The posting

Voor een groeiende voedingsproducent in de regio Dendermonde ben ik op zoek naar een ervaren kwaliteitsprofessional die graag dicht bij de productie staat en samen met Operations verder wil bouwen aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur. Als Quality & Food Safety Manager zorg jij ervoor dat risico's niet alleen op papier beheerst worden, maar ook effectief worden aangepakt binnen de productie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen verschillende productiezones en werkt nauw samen met Operations.
  • Je analyseert klachten, incidenten en afwijkingen en brengt via root cause analysis de onderliggende oorzaak in kaart.
  • Je bepaalt samen met de betrokken afdelingen verbeteracties en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteits-KPI's en trends en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overlegmomenten, kwaliteitsrondes en verbeterprojecten binnen productie.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers en teamleaders bij veranderingen in procedures, werkwijzen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je ondersteunt projecten rond nieuwe installaties, proceswijzigingen en optimalisaties vanuit kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor en staat mee in voor de opvolging van de resultaten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures, werkinstructies en registraties correct en actueel zijn.
  • Je werkt mee aan HACCP-gerelateerde risicoanalyses en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen correct worden geïmplementeerd.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het verder uitbouwen van een kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biochemie, microbiologie, chemie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Quality of Food Safety-management in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Ervaring met IFS, BRCGS of andere GFSI-standaarden is een sterke troef.
  • Je staat graag tussen de mensen op de productievloer en weet medewerkers mee te krijgen in veranderingen.
