Voor een gevestigde voedingsproducent in de regio Aalst zoek ik een Quality Improvement Lead die kwaliteit, productie en continuous improvement met elkaar kan verbinden. Als Quality Improvement Lead neem je het voortouw in het aanpakken van kwaliteitsproblemen, het verbeteren van processen en het meenemen van productie in een nieuwe manier van werken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over kwaliteitsverbeteringen binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je onderzoekt terugkerende afwijkingen, klachten en incidenten en voert gestructureerde root cause analyses uit.
  • Je zet verbeteracties op en zorgt ervoor dat deze ook daadwerkelijk op de werkvloer worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsresultaten, KPI's en trends op en identificeert waar verdere verbetering nodig is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie- en teamverantwoordelijken om kwaliteitsproblemen structureel aan te pakken.
  • Je ondersteunt veranderingen in processen, installaties en productiemethodes vanuit een kwaliteitsstandpunt.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op tijdens overlegmomenten en verbeterprojecten.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en collega's rond kwaliteitsbewustzijn, procedures en correcte werkwijzen.
  • Je ondersteunt het auditprogramma en volgt afwijkingen en actiepunten op.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke procedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan HACCP-analyses en voedselveiligheidsprojecten.
  • Je helpt mee om kwaliteit verder te verankeren binnen de dagelijkse werking van de productie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of voedingsgerelateerde richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Quality in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met HACCP en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
