Binnen een technische en dynamische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Specialist die graag verder kijkt dan enkel kwaliteitscontrole.

De functie combineert kwaliteitsbewaking, procesverbetering en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen. Je krijgt de ruimte om bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken, verbeteringen te identificeren en mee te zorgen voor een kwaliteitsgerichte werking binnen de organisatie.

  • Kwaliteitsprocessen verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken.
  • Afwijkingen analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Actieplannen opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen.
  • Interne kwaliteitsaudits coördineren en opvolgen.
  • Meewerken aan het bepalen en borgen van kwaliteitsnormen en procedures.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om processen efficiënter en consistenter te maken.
  • KPI's en rapportages gebruiken om verbeterpunten zichtbaar te maken.
  • Collega's en stakeholders ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken.

Een kwaliteitsgerichte professional die analytisch sterk is, structuur brengt en graag initiatief neemt.

  • Een technische bachelor, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen kwaliteit, kwaliteitscontrole of procesverbetering, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig, zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen.
  • Pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring met ISO-systemen of kwaliteitsnormen is een plus.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
