Heb je ervaring met productontwikkeling, procesoptimalisatie en het begeleiden van innovaties richting productie? Dan is deze functie in regio Moerdijk een mooie volgende stap. Je komt terecht bij een internationaal productiebedrijf waar je werkt aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe materialen en het verbeteren van bestaande producten en productieprocessen. Hierbij vorm je de schakel tussen onderzoek, laboratorium en productie en zorg je ervoor dat innovaties succesvol worden geïmplementeerd. Omdat je binnen een internationale organisatie werkt, bezoek je regelmatig productielocaties in Europa om projecten te begeleiden en kennis uit te wisselen. Wie zoeken we? Voor deze rol zoeken we een ervaren professional met: - Een afgeronde masteropleiding in chemie, chemische technologie, procestechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting - 5+ jaar ervaring als procestechnoloog, chemisch technoloog, R&D Engineer of in een vergelijkbare rol, waarin je hebt gewerkt aan de opschaling en procesverbetering van chemische productie - Bereidheid om eens per maand binnen Europa te reizen - Een zelfstandige houding en het vermogen om kennis jezelf snel eigen te maken - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels Wat bieden we aan?
