Hotel & Spa Etxegana, ubicado en el corazón del parque natural del Gorbea, selecciona un/a Recepcionista para incorporarse a su equipo de manera inmediata.

Buscamos una persona profesional, organizada y con clara orientación al cliente, que garantice una atención excelente a nuestros huéspedes durante toda su estancia, desde el momento de su llegada hasta su salida.

Funciones principales:

Atención y recepción de los clientes en check-in y check-out. Gestión de reservas, modificaciones y cancelaciones. Atención telefónica y respuesta a correos electrónicos. Información y asesoramiento a los huéspedes sobre servicios del hotel y recursos turísticos de la zona. Gestión de cobros, facturación y cierre de caja. Coordinación con otros departamentos del hotel para asegurar un servicio eficiente y de calidad. Resolución de incidencias y atención a las necesidades de los clientes durante su estancia. Apoyo en tareas administrativas propias del departamento de recepción.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como recepcionista en hoteles. Se valorará Inglés hablado y escrito (se valorarán otros idiomas: Euskera, Francés... ). Muy valorable conocimiento y experiencia con el programa de gestión hotelera MASTERYIELD. Buenas habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente. Capacidad de organización y trabajo en .
