Dan is deze vacature als Receptioniste in Zierikzee precies wat je zoekt! Voor een internationale technische organisatie in Zierikzee zoeken wij een representatieve Receptioniste. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, klanten en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen met administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? Als Receptioniste in Zierikzee zorg jij voor een professionele ontvangst en ondersteun je de organisatie op administratief gebied. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontvangen en registreren van bezoekers; - Beantwoorden en doorverbinden van inkomende telefoongesprekken; - Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande e-mails; - Beheren en inkopen van kantoor- en kantinebenodigdheden; - Archiveren van documenten en ondersteunen bij documentbeheer; - Assisteren van collega's binnen verschillende afdelingen; - Verwerken van post en kleine zendingen; - Coördineren van onderhoud aan kantoorapparatuur; - Ondersteunen van Sales Support bij afwezigheid.
