Voor een gevestigde specialist in metaalconstructie en piping zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider/ Rechterhand van de zaakvoerder.

Onze klant, actief sinds de jaren ’80, heeft zich door de jaren heen gepositioneerd als een betrouwbare referentie binnen de metaal- en machinebouwsector. Van bij de oprichting lag de focus op het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van hoogwaardige metaalconstructies en machines, afgestemd op de noden van uiteenlopende industriële sectoren. Met een duidelijke toewijding aan vakmanschap, technische precisie en klantgerichtheid wist het bedrijf een sterke reputatie op te bouwen.

Doorheen de jaren realiseerde deze onderneming diverse projecten in sectoren zoals landbouw, voedingsverwerking, chemie en algemene industrie. Vandaag maakt het bedrijf deel uit van een toonaangevende bouwgroep gespecialiseerd in industriële en commerciële bouwprojecten. Deze strategische integratie biedt extra schaalvoordelen, toegang tot uitgebreide technische kennis en nieuwe groeikansen binnen een breder marktsegment.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je fungeert als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder en neemt interne operationele taken over zodat hij zich volledig kan richten op sales en klantrelaties
  • De dagelijkse leiding over productie en atelier valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en opvolging van lopende opdrachten
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de zaakvoerder stem je technische dossiers af met klanten en bewaak je de uitvoeringstermijnen
  • Tekenwerk en calculaties neem je desgevallend zelf op, afhankelijk van de workload en prioriteiten binnen het team
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een hoger, technisch diploma (Bachelor/Master)
  • Je kan terugkijken op een eerste werkervaring binnen een functie als project Engineer
  • Kennis van het Frans komt goed van pas naast je vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands
