* Bewerbermanagement von A bis Z: Du begleitest den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere zukünftigen Mitarbeiter - insbesondere im gewerblichen Bereich.

* Mitarbeiter gewinnen: Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Bewerber zu - telefonisch, über unser Netzwerk oder auf anderen kreativen Wegen - und begeisterst sie für Großfurtner.

* Onboarding gestalten: Du sorgst mit einem herzlichen und strukturierten Willkommensprogramm dafür, dass sich neue Mitarbeiter vom ersten Tag an bei uns wohlfühlen.

* Recruiting weiterentwickeln: Du bringst neue Ideen ein, entwickelst unsere Personalsuche weiter und baust unser Recruiting gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung aktiv aus.

* Kennzahlen aufbereiten: Du bereitest die wichtigsten Recruiting-Kennzahlen übersichtlich für die Geschäftsführung auf.

Dein Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HLW), ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, Personalwesen oder in der Personaldienstleistung.

* Erfahrung in einem Produktions-, Industrie- oder Handwerksbetrieb.

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Telefonieren.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und die Fähigkeit, Menschen für Großfurtner zu begeistern.

* Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, hörst gut zu und knüpfst gerne neue Kontakte.

* Du bleibst dran, auch wenn es mehrere Anläufe braucht, um den richtigen Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen.

* Organisierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ehrliche Hands-on-Mentalität.

* Teamfähigkeit, diplomatisches Geschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Menschen.
