Bouw mee aan de verdere groei van Job Talent in een nieuwe regio

Job Talent groeit. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Regional Director West-Vlaanderen die mee de fundamenten wil leggen van een nieuwe regio in de omgeving van Kortrijk en Roeselare.

Dit is geen bestaande regio die je enkel moet beheren. Dit is een unieke opportuniteit om een regio verder uit te bouwen, commerciële kansen te creëren, sterke teams te ontwikkelen en een blijvende impact te maken op de groei van Job Talent.

Als Regional Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele, commerciële en financiële resultaten van meerdere kantoren binnen jouw regio. Je stuurt Business Managers en Office Managers aan, bouwt actief aan de regionale groei en bent een belangrijke ambassadeur van Job Talent in West-Vlaanderen.

Jouw uitdaging

Commerciële groei en marktontwikkeling

  • Je bouwt de regio West-Vlaanderen verder uit en versterkt de marktpositie van Job Talent.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete resultaten.
  • Je haalt nieuwe klanten en key accounts binnen en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Job Talent op netwerkevents en bij belangrijke stakeholders.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere groei van Job Talent International.

Leiderschap en people management

  • Je coacht en ontwikkelt Business Managers, Office Managers en hun teams.
  • Je creëert een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden in hun verdere professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt betrokkenheid, motivatie en retentie binnen de verschillende kantoren.

Resultaten en financiële verantwoordelijkheid

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor omzet, groei, rendabiliteit en budgetten binnen jouw regio.
  • Je analyseert KPI's en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stelt budgetten, forecasts en actieplannen op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald en overtroffen.

Kwaliteit en organisatie

  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening binnen alle vestigingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van sociale wetgeving, Federgon-richtlijnen en interne procedures.
  • Je stimuleert optimalisaties en een uniforme werking over alle kantoren heen.

Je bent een geboren leider met een sterke commerciële mindset. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring binnen de uitzendsector.
  • Ervaring in het leiden van teams en/of meerdere vestigingen.
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een bewezen trackrecord.
  • Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Een sterk netwerk of de ambitie om dit uit te bouwen binnen West-Vlaanderen.
  • De drive om een regio mee uit te bouwen alsof het je eigen onderneming is.
