Dan is deze rol als Regional Manager Service & Solutions iets voor jou. Als Regional Manager ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de lokale winkels en de centrale organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een regio en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële doelstellingen, operationele standaarden en de gewenste klantbeleving overal consistent worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met Store Managers, Business Unit Managers en collega's op het hoofdkantoor. Je coacht, stuurt bij en initieert verbeteringen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar cijfers en resultaten, maar vooral ook naar de mensen en processen achter die resultaten. Als Regional Manager Services & Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes en de ontwikkeling van jouw regio. Je houdt je bezig met: - Coachen en ontwikkelen van Store Managers en ondersteunen bij het behalen van team- en organisatiedoelstellingen. - Verantwoordelijkheid voor de commerciële prestaties binnen de regio, met focus op omzet, performance en kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen. - Bewaken en versterken van de klantbeleving en bijdragen aan een consistente, hoogwaardige service en verbetering van de NPS. - Zorgen voor een consistente uitvoering van processen, winkelpresentatie, service en landelijke standaarden binnen alle winkels. - Vertalen en implementeren van landelijke concepten, campagnes en initiatieven naar de lokale winkelorganisatie. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen, initiëren van verbetertrajecten en realiseren van duurzame performanceverbeteringen. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met Store Managers, Business Unit Managers, leveranciers en het hoofdkantoor. - Fungeren als regionaal aanspreekpunt voor Services & Solutions en zorgen voor een succesvolle implementatie, ...
