Als Regulatory Affairs Manager vertaal je complexe regelgeving naar concrete acties en processen voor Aurubis Beerse. Je waakt over de conformiteit van materialen, producten en processen en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het beheersen van compliance-risico’s.

Jouw taken

  • Je volgt Europese, nationale en regionale regelgeving op en vertaalt wijzigingen naar concrete acties, processen en adviezen voor de organisatie.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert processen en werkwijzen binnen regulatory affairs.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert REACH-registratiedossiers en waakt over de naleving van REACH, CLP en aanverwante regelgeving.
  • Je voert regulatorische beoordelingen uit voor nieuwe grondstoffen, chemische producten en materiaalstromen.
  • Je volgt de regelgeving rond End-of-Waste, VLAREMA en grensoverschrijdende afvaltransporten op.
  • Je beheert grondstofverklaringen en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en bevoegde overheden.
  • Je coördineert de inhoudelijke voorbereiding en opvolging van audits, assessments en certificeringstrajecten, waaronder RMAP, The Copper Mark en de ITA Tin Code.
  • Je adviseert interne afdelingen over regelgeving, productcompliance en de classificatie van materialen en afvalstoffen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Aurubis binnen relevante werkgroepen, sectororganisaties, consortia en overlegplatformen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt opleidingen over regelgeving, materiaaleigenschappen en compliance.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in chemie, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, milieuwetenschappen, materiaalkunde of een vergelijkbare wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt kennis van regelgeving rond chemische stoffen, producten, materialen en afvalstromen of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van REACH, CLP, veiligheidsinformatiebladen, End-of-Waste, VLAREMA en de Waste Shipment Regulation.
  • Je analyseert complexe informatie en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke, concrete en bruikbare adviezen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig en bewaakt verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en projectmatige vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk over technische en regelgevende onderwerpen en werkt constructief samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je gaat flexibel om met wijzigende regelgeving en bedrijfsnoden.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels zeer goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
