In deze functie sta je in de frontlinie bij het opzetten van robuuste compliance-kaders en werk je nauw samen met verschillende teams om naleving van de regelgeving en uitmuntende gegevensbescherming te waarborgen. Als je een passie hebt voor de financiële dienstensector, ervaring hebt op het gebied van compliance en een talent hebt voor het opstellen van bruikbaar beleid, dan willen we graag van je horen! Beschrijving - *Functie: Hoofd Regelgeving, Governance en Gegevensbescherming** Als Hoofd Regelgeving, Governance en Gegevensbescherming zul je: - Fungeren als een praktische, hands-on compliancepartner voor de bedrijfsteams in Luxemburg. - Helpen bij het opzetten en integreren van een robuuste controleomgeving naarmate een nieuwe afdeling voor de aankoop en afwikkeling van niet-renderende leningen zich verder ontwikkelt. - Beleid en procedures opstellen, aanpassen en implementeren om de activiteiten in Luxemburg af te stemmen op het bredere organisatorische kader. - De activiteiten van de afwikkelingsafdeling ondersteunen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan lokale regelgevingsnormen en interne governance-eisen. - Leiding geven aan en assisteren bij datamapping, waarbij je het interne Register van Verwerkingsactiviteiten (ROPA) bijhoudt. - Samenwerken met de functionaris(sen) voor gegevensbescherming aan AVG-gerelateerde documentatie, taken en doorlopende governance-inspanningen. - Nauw samenwerken met belanghebbenden binnen de Groep, waaronder Compliance, Juri...
