Je regelt alles voor ze: het inhuurproces, het contractmanagement en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Jij zorgt dat elke nieuwe medewerker zich bij jouw klant meteen welkom voelt en goed wordt begeleid.Zo ziet je werk eruit: - Je beheert de relaties met je klanten - Je coördineert de inhuur van nieuwe medewerkers - Je stelt contracten op en beheert ze - Je organiseert en begeleidt de onboarding bij je klanten - Je let op compliance en wetgeving - Je zoekt steeds naar manieren om de dienstverlening beter te maken Wat breng jij als Relatiemanager recruitment | €3.000 - €4.500 | 24-40 uur | Bussum Ervaring bij een broker, MSP of in de uitzendbranche is mooi meegenomen. Je past goed in deze rol als je: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding hebt - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebt als relatiemanager, contractmanager, inhuurconsultant of in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring hebt met contractmanagementsystemen - Goede kennis hebt van compliance, risicobeheer en wetgeving zoals de AVG en de WAB - Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en goed zakelijk Engels beheerst - Het leuk vindt om zelf verantwoordelijk te zijn voor je klanten en hun onboarding - Stevig in je schoenen staat in gesprekken met klanten - Snel schakelt, prioriteiten stelt en problemen oplost - Zorgvuldig, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt
