Voor een jonge en snelgroeiende vastgoedorganisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een hands-on Relocation Consultant (32-40 uur). In deze rol staat persoonlijke aandacht centraal: van het eerste contact tot het tekenen van het huurcontract ben jij degene die alles uit handen neemt van de klant. Als Relocation Consultant begeleid je expats in hun zoektocht naar een geschikte woning in regio Amsterdam. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, de organisator en de regelaar. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige relocatieproces: van het eerste contact tot het moment dat het huurcontract getekend is. Het takenpakket is breed en vraagt om iemand die snel schakelt, overzicht houdt en energie haalt uit regelen, structureren en persoonlijke aandacht. Je werkt gemiddeld 2 dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht en bent daarnaast regelmatig op locatie in Amsterdam, waar je verantwoordelijk wordt voor deze regio. Wat ga je doen? Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: Contact opnemen met nieuwe klanten; Invoeren van klanten in het systeem en opvolgen van aanvragen; Zoeken naar woningen die passen bij de wensen van de klant; Inplannen van bezichtigingen; Zorgdragen voor een correcte afhandeling van contracten en documentatie; De klant gedurende het volledige relocatieproces begeleiden en ontzorgen.
