Wir suchen 1 Requirements Engineer (w/m/d) Deine Mission

Du siehst deine Zukunft in der Welt der Elektromobilität und lässt dich von technologischer Innovation begeistern? Du brennst für Requirements, Normen und Lastenhefte? Lass uns gemeinsam die Automobilindustrie revolutionieren und unsere Ladetechnologie Matrix Charging® als Standard von morgen etablieren.

Was dich erwartet

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unseres Requirements-Engineering-Prozesses nach gängigen Normen (z. B. ISO 29148, ASPICE)

* Strukturierung und Pflege von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften für Serienentwicklungsprojekte

* Bearbeitung von OEM-Lastenheften sowie technische Verantwortung für unser PLM-Tool

* Moderation von Abstimmungen und Reviews - intern sowie mit OEMs und Lieferanten

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle für technische Anforderungen inkl. Impactanalysen auf Produkt, Kosten und Risiken

* Abstimmung von Hardware-, Software- und Testanforderungen über alle Bereiche hinweg

* Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Requirements bei internen Teams und Zulieferern; Bewertung von Change Requests

* Selbstständiges Einarbeiten in internationale Standards und OEM-spezifische Normen

Was du mitbringst

* Technische Ausbildung (HTL/TU/FH) im Bereich Systems Engineering, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Software, Maschinenbau oder ähnlichem

* Ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld - idealerweise im Requirements- oder Systems Engineering

* Erfahrung mit Requirements- oder PLM-Tools; idealerweise auch als Tool-Owner (z. B. Polarion, Codebeamer, DOORS, PTC Integrity)

* Grundverständnis für Software-, Elektronik- und Mechanikentwicklung sowie für Produktentstehungsprozesse

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken

* Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
