Verpleegkundige / Expert Respiratory Care Verpleegkundigen / verloskundigen, Gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen Zürich Algemeen Ademhaling is leven. Juist daarom zijn professionals nodig die niet alleen over specialistische kennis beschikken, maar deze kennis ook willen delen en de zorg van morgen actief willen vormgeven. Voor een gespecialiseerd centrum voor dwarslaesiezorg in Zwitserland zoeken we in overleg een Expert Respiratory Care voor 80 tot 100%. Je begeleidt mensen met een dwarslaesie binnen een hooggespecialiseerde medische en revalidatieomgeving. Onderzoek, moderne behandelmethoden en persoonlijke aandacht komen hier samen. Met jouw expertise op het gebied van ademhalingsondersteuning en beademing speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van kwalitatief hoogwaardige zorg. Werkzaamheden Samen met je collega's bewaak en verbeter je de kwaliteit van zorg rondom ademhalingsondersteuning en beademing. Je draagt bij aan een evidence-based verpleegkundige praktijk en neemt de vakinhoudelijke leiding bij complexe beademingssituaties en ademhalingsondersteunende therapieën. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals en deelt jouw specialistische kennis actief op de werkvloer. Als onderdeel van een Shared Leadership Team werk je nauw samen met het verpleegkundig management en de afdeling opleiding. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je de verpleegkundige zorg binnen het multidisciplinaire revalidatieteam en verzorg je interne scholingen over ademhalingsondersteuning en beademing. Profiel Je hebt een afgeronde vervolgopleiding tot ademhalingstherapeut of Expert Respiratory Care. Daarnaast beschik je over meerdere jaren werkervaring als gediplomeerd verpleegkundige binnen de acute zorg en/of revalidatie en heb je ervaring met het dragen van vakinhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid.
